Setting up a booth at Cedar Ridge!

I'm so excited!  Do you sometimes feel like your going somewhere but really you're going nowhere?  That's how I'm feeling about my website ~ this June my website will be open for a year and I haven't sold as much as I would have liked.  Don't get me wrong ~ Yes I have sold some things, and I'm very appreciative to the people that have bought from me.  But I need something more, I have never sold at a craft sale and I'm not sure I really want to ~  it really seems like a lot of work. I've tried many times to sell my wares at various craft or prim shops and have been turned down for some reason or another.  Not any more!
I found a shop not far from where I live that would love to have my creations in their shop. I Thank them for allowing me this opportunity, and I pray that everything goes well.
Yesterday I set up my display at Cedar Ridge Crafts & Gifts in Neenah, WI
The store is located at 1195 W. Winneconne Ave.   Neenah, WI 54956

We had to bring in our own displays racks with certain dimensions. (depending where you are located in the shop)  My dear sweet husband built me a display rack out of a cedar fence section.
This is what it looked liked when I started to unpack ~ while I waited for Barbara to print out the UPC  labels for all my creations.
Oh what fun!

Here is what it looked like after the very nice gal that works at the shop helped me set it all up.
(sorry I forgot your name)
Here's a couple close ups.
I think it turned out great!  What do you think?
Yes I'm still glowing and the best thing ~ I sold some items before I even got it all set up.
I better get back to crafting I have a lot to make!
Until next time Happy Crafting!
Hope the sun is shining your way!
Prim Blessings!

Sandblasted Rocks

Hello Everyone!
I hope you are enjoying your morning!
Well what once was starting to turn green is now all white!
We are having one nasty storm here ~ it has been raining and sleeting here since yesterday.  Last night it was lightning and thundering, I guess they call it thunder snow.  Now it is snowing to beat the band.  They say by the time it is all done we might have 9" of that pretty white stuff. Yuk!
Oh well on to brighter things!
Yesterday I went to Fox Valley Monument, and as you know in an earlier post my nephew Brian owns this company and is going to make me some sandblasted stones to list on my website.  Brian took me through the process of making a stone.  It was fun and interesting to watch this process.  I thought I would share some of the pictures with you.

First you pick out what stone you want to sandblast.

Then you decide what you want to put on the stone ~ and you pick your font and the size you need on the computer to make a stencil. We decided on the word love.
Then you put a special glue on the stone
While the glue is drying you transfer your word you printed from the computer onto this sticky sheet.

You take this sticky sheet and wrap it around the rock and cut out the letters.
Now you can see what it will say.

Now the stone will get sandblasted~I liked what it said on the door of the sandblasting booth.
Can you see it in there ~ it is getting sandblasted.
It's all done getting sandblasted!
After it gets sandblasted you have to spray it with a black epoxy.
When your all done with all the steps you have to clean all the residue off.
Here's your finished creation!
Here's some of the stones Brian made for me!
I'll be listing them on my website soon!
Thank-You Brian from
For taking us through the process of making  a sandblasted stone!

I hope you all enjoy your day!
Stay Warm!
If it looks like this in your neck of the woods
Just snuggle in!

Excitement! Need your HELP! Wedding Pictures!

Hello Everyone!

First I want to apologize for being a very bad blogger.  It has been very hectic around here the last two weeks, and I haven't had any time to post items I have been promising.  I also haven't had much time to post or read on all of your blogs either.  But I do want you to know this morning when I got up I did read all or most of your blogs that you have posted since Tuesday.  I did comment on a few but time does not allow me to comment on all.  I'm SORRY!  This week does not look any better, so I hope you will all bear with me until I can get my life back on track.  For that I Thank-You.

Now lets get on to brighter things!
Here are a couple of pictures that I wanted to show you from My Sons Wedding!
I would like to introduce to you my Son Michael, his beautiful bride Anita
Their darling children ~ Samuel (left) Anthony (right) and Keyarra (middle)
We wish you all the Happiness in the world & We Love You!

This is my darling Husband Zeke and I with our beautiful children.  We are so proud of you!
Our new Daughter in-law Anita (She would do anything for you kind of girl)
Our Son Michael (My 2nd Love and my computer helper)
Our Daughter Amanda ( She's our fun loving one!)
You guys are the BEST!

And of course Keyarra our Grand Daughter!  She is only 7 but she looks so grown up in this picture.
I Love You ~ My Sweetheart!

Now my Excitement!
My nephew Brian Herres is a talented artist and he owns
He does some awesome and beautiful etched stones  for your garden, cupboard tucks, bowl fillers or where ever you would like to display them.
I asked Brian if he would make some etched stones for my website ~ Yeah! He said he would.
We are going to start off with palm size stones and hopefully they sell well and we can expand to larger stones ~ keeping weight in mind.
Here is an example of what they would look like.  The smaller stones to the right would be the palm size ones.
Brian said he could get up to seven letters on these stones.

This is where I need your help ~ I have to send Brian an email of  some words or graphics (prim related) that I would like him to etch on the stones.  Please give me some ideas ~ if you were to purchase a stone what word or graphic  would you be interested in. ( keep in mind up to seven letters)
Thanks for helping me out on this I really appreciate your input.
Until Next Time ~ Thank-You!

Look what I got in the mail!

Hi Everyone!
I have to share what I got in the mail.  I love getting packages!
I ordered this from Ivonne over at * The Crackling Crows*
I just LOVE her banners.  The colors she uses are soft and appealing to the eye.  Ivonne has so many banners to choice from or you can have her make one especially for you.
I opened the box and this is what was inside.  The wrapping was so pretty ~ I hated to untie it.

I Love her design on the package!

Here it is ~ My Banner!  I LOVE IT! Ivonne.  Thanks!
I'm going to hang this banner in my craft room ~ because that's what we do ~ DREAM

If you would like to get your own banner or just check out her blog hop on over and say Hi to Ivonne
Until next time ~ Prim Blessings! ~ Robin

Winter Snowstorm Dana!

Hello Everyone!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, it was a busy week around here.  I been working on projects for the website which I forgot to take pictures of.  I'll post pictures when I take them for the website.

My son Michael and his fiance Anita got married on Saturday Feb 19th. It was a beautiful wedding even though we didn't have a lot of time to prepare.  (I'll have to post pictures later, when my husband downloads the pictures from his camera.).  My Grand Daughter Keyarra came home with me after the wedding reception, it was very late by the time we got home.  So Sunday we were very lazy all day.  We played games, read books, watched movies on t.v. and  watched the winter snow storm Dana whip its flurry upon us.

Winter snow storm Dana started to move in before noon yesterday!

By late afternoon the snow started to pile up.

Come night fall it was still snowing.
We got quite a few inches already.
Watch the tracks in the snow.
A couple hours later!
Where did the tracks go?
Around midnight I went to the end of the driveway the wind was fierce.
In some spots the drifts were up to my knees.

Today this is what I woke up to.
It's my job to shovel off the deck. Yuck!!!

My husband was already snow blowing the driveway.

He is almost done!

It was so windy out today, the snow was blowing back in his face.
Yeah! I'm done!
While I shoveled off the deck Keyarra made Snow Angels.
No, I didn't finish shoveling the deck ~ too cold!
But with the snow I did shovel we made a snow hill.
And while I was writing this post it was still snowing.
The rest of the shoveling can wait until tomorrow.
Hopefully it won't be as cold!

I hope you all stay warm!
Prim Blessings!
