A Fun Filled Day!

Saturday two of my favorite treasure hunters (Jenny & Niki) and I attended the 40th Winter Wisconsin Antiques Dealers Association Show at the Waukesha County Expo Center in Waukesha WI.

It truly was a wonderful show and we saw so many wonderful collections that the dealers were showing and selling of course.

It was fun to talk to some of the dealers and learn more about the pieces they were selling!

I tried to take some pictures to give you some idea what was being offered at the show.

This booth carried a wonderful assortment of vintage dolls
and vintage books/vintage games that had the most beautiful graphics on them.

A wonderful piece to add to your primitive collection!

Saw a lot of chocolate molds and vintage cookie cutters.

Victorian shoes!!!

We saw a lot of these stacked boxes with some beautiful graphics on them.

Collections of vintage Halloween pieces.

I would of loved to have taken these home!!!

This dealer had a lot of cast iron pieces.

Simply prim!

A wonderful piece to add to your collection!

I loved this display ~
even the hand carved man!!!

I just love old books!

A fun and unusual piece!

The heart shaped molds were for cheese.

I really fell in love with these vintage board games ~ the graphics on them!!!

I've been looking for a cradle ~ but this one was to expensive ~ if I remember right I think it was around $350.00 ~ oh my

Jenny bought a beautiful dresser at the show ~ we saw this piece it would of matched perfectly.
She should of bought it!!!

Primitive doll

So Sweet!

I'm looking for one of these beauties too ~ but at a good price!!!

This dealer had a lot of vintage sewing goodies!

Hope you enjoyed tagging along!!!

After the show we went to a few antique stores that were in the area.
You know a girl just can't get enough!!!

Here's some of the treasures that came home with me that day!!!
Figural bottles that all had their original caps.

enamel ware cup, coffee grinder & doughnut cutter.

baby bottles & malted milk bottle.

A huge yellow ware bowl.

I remember my Mother having one of those old lard tins that she stored her buttons in.

A beautiful primitive candle box ~ brush ~ cobblers shoe form

Beautiful book ~ tin & shoe form

primitive butter press and cookie cutter

needle book, hat pins, vintage key & vintage scissors

& a primitive high chair ~ so loved the patina on this piece!

I can't wait to go on our next Adventure!!!

Tell me about any fun places you like to go to and the treasures that you find!!!

Until Next

It's all in the Journey!
