The Angels Embraced Her

With much sadness and a heavy heart my Best Friend Kim lost her Mother today to cancer.
She really fought a good fight ~ but she just wasn't stong enough.
Thanks to Everyone who had her in your thoughts and prayers.

God looked around his garden
and found an empty place,
He then looked down upon earth
and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
and the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids
and whispered "Peace Bethine"
It broke our hearts to lose you
but you didn't go alone.
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

I am sure Sandy is at peace and is pulling weeds and tending to God's gardens ~ something she truely loved to do.

Life is but a stopping place,
a pause in what's to be.
A resting place along the road
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
different paths along the way.
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay....
Our destination is a place
far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
for some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
we'll claim a great reward.
And find an everlasting peace
together with the Lord.

Sandy you will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.

Until next time
Smile at a Stranger, Give someone a Hug and always say
I LOVE YOU!
Blessings
Robin

Letting go, such a hard thing, but knowing it is only for a time until the great reunion comes. Waiting with expectant hope, while the Lord lets us lean on His comfort & strength. May He give you all peace.

I'm sure she's in a better place but it's so hard to let go of those we love.

So sorry to hear about your friend losing her mother.

What a lovely verse to share with all of us to remind us of life, and how we need to value everyone and everything around us each and every day.

You're a dear and obviously a good support to your friend.

Thx - Valerie
