What have ya been doing over the summer? ~~ Part 1

Hello Friends!
I must say I haven't really posted anything over the summer ~ I can't believe how fast time flies!!!
I been kinda busy as most of you are too.
I've been wanting to post but just can't seem to find the time.
I've been working more at the restaurant and just can't seem to fit everything in.
So because I'm so far behind I figured I'd break this into parts so as not to overwhelm you.

So over the next couple of posts I'll be sharing with you what I've been up to and hopefully I'll catch up with myself.  smile...

Here it goes ~
Flowers and such ~
I've been playing with flowers and trying to beautify my deck ~

I found the chair for $2.00 at a rummage sale!

Simplify

I've been adding some perennials to the flower bed and trying to keep up with the weeds!

I got this Beauty from my daughter ~ Amanda

So peaceful ~

Love inpatient's!

My hydrangeas have been blooming up a storm!

I love how the petals of balloon flowers form a star before they open ~
 lovely ~

Love to add some garden art!

Cone flowers ~ one of my favorites!

Watching the bees ~

and getting stung by them ~ poor Chewey :(

Been building a garden shed ~
It's almost done!

It has been hot and humid ~
Then comes the storms ~

Today however we had a beautiful day ~ fall is starting to peek around the corner.

Made some special order signs for a dear friend ~

This one is my favorite!

Took a punch needle class at Primitive Gatherings.
Now if only I could find the time to make more!

And we've been eating a lot of strawberries ~ YUMMMMM!

I'm going to end here.
I hope I didn't bore you!

Until Next Time

Hi Robin. Beautiful pics of your flowers. Great price on the chair!

Time sure is flying by~ been months since I've been on blogger. Glad I'm not the only one busy with life and not posting.

Awe poor Chewey, that really had to hurt.

We've been having beautiful weather here in VA. Our Route 11 yard crawl is in a week and a half so I've been trying to get a lot done. I just hope the nice weather holds for it.

Looking forward to your next post.
Have a great day Robin!
