to post for a while ~ I just couldn't find the time.
It's been crazy busy around here ~ I'm sure lots of you feel the same way...smile
Summer time is just a great time of year to make memories and do fun stuff ~ before you know it we will be trapped inside.
I've been working on many projects trying to get ready for the fall shows. I will show and tell in another post.
I attended Brett Favre's induction into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.
and I must say that was an experience and it was very heart felt.
People tailgated just like they do for the games.
67,000 people attended this ceremony on a very hot and humid day!
As Bellin Health said:
"You raised our blood pressure. You stopped our hearts. You took our breath away.
You brought us to our feet. You did things that didn't seem possible. Today, we're on our feet again. It's good to have you back where you belong. For Packers Fans everywhere, we offer only two words: Welcome Home!"
I haven't been out treasure hunting much ~ I've been saving it for this weekend!!!
Tomorrow I head out for a fun filled weekend of treasure hunting.
(at least I hope)
On Sunday is the Elkorn flea market and I can't wait to see what I find!
Is anyone attending this show? ~ I'd be happy to meet up with you!!!
The only place I've been to lately was one of my favorite stops
Crocks and Kettles
I didn't find a whole lot but to me they were treasures just the same.
Here's some of the goodies I found ~
Vintage blocks
small yellow ware bowl
vintage canes
A mix of goodness
and this wonderful wooden box
I love the hinges on the back!
Would love to hear what you've found lately!!!
We also celebrated my Aunt Tootie's 85th Birthday
Happy Birthday Aunt Tootie!!!
Hope all your wishes and dreams come true!
With that I have to call it a day ~
Too much to do before I leave on my trip and it looks like the time doesn't wait for nobody!!!
See ya all when I get back!!!
Until Next Time
Celebrate in Style!
Many Blessings
Robin

I read your blog too late - I was at the Elkhorn flea market yesterday! My favorite and it didn't disappoint, that's for sure. I bought a wonderful Hungarian dough bowl from the guy you sells all the old stained glass windows. How about you? Are you in southeast Wisconsin? Jane
