2012 Dale Fire Cancer Walk

On this chilly morning I participated in the 2012 Dale Fire Cancer Walk!
Did I say chilly???  Even though the weather was on the cool side they had a great turnout.
Kudos to all the wonderful people who braved the cold and gave their support.

They walk for someone they know who has cancer ~ they walk for their loved ones.

Walk this way ~ and let's all give a helping hand.

We walked for you today Sandy ~ you were in our hearts and minds.

For a small community they raised almost $12,000 ~ WAY TO GO!!!

Congratulations Suzie!!!  She had the most sponsors and raised $825.00!!!

Give your support and walk for someone you love past or present.
~ Cancer is a cruel and wicked disease ~

Until Next Time
Blessings
Robin

Bless your heart for taking part in that walk. I lost my dad to cancer when he was only 48 years old, my gran, as well as my best friend Jane who was 40...it's a horrible disease and I support whatever event they have to raise funds for cancer research or to help those with cancer. It warms my heart to see so many people took part:) xo

Robin - Having lost a precious grandchild to cancer, you really don't know how much this means to a family!! Every little cent helps to someday discover a cure.

Thanks for walking!
